WCEAM 2008 Third World Congress on Engineering Asset Management

The 3rd World Congress on Engineering Asset Management (WCEAM) and the Intelligent Maintenance System Conference (WCEAM-IMS2008) was held from 27-30 October 2008 at the Beijing International Convention Centre in the PR China. The theme of WCEAM-IMS2008 was “Engineering Asset Management – a Foundation for Sustainable Development”.

In all, 320 delegates from 20 countries registered for the event. A total of 241 papers were accepted in the proceedings. The organising committee received a total of 372 abstracts which led to 270 full papers, 29 of these were not accepted after the review process.
